POSITION OVERVIEW

We seek an experienced human resource business partner to support and implement our people initiatives, provide excellent internal HR support, and improve HR processes. Ideal candidates are charismatic public speakers, friendly, creative, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic. Experience in call center operations or client services is preferred.
This is a full-time, on-site position requiring reporting to one of our locations. We offer bonus opportunities, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid vacation and holidays, and contest incentives.

SALARY$30,000 - $40,000 / year
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES What does someone in this role do?This role partners with team leaders to implement HR strategies focused on employee training, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and engagement. Responsibilities include managing programs across HR processes, understanding business priorities, and translating them into valuable work. Success requires problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Provide general HR support in partnership with operations
- Coordinate with remote HR teams and managers on HR issues
- Recommend effective HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Monitor employee engagement actively, including remote interactions
- Respond adaptively to changing work environments and economic conditions
- Innovate HR solutions and improve processes
- Drive employee relations, retention, and reward programs
- Manage high-volume workload and multiple priorities
- Exhibit excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

- 1+ years HR business partner experience (may include operations)
- Some undergraduate education
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of training tools and techniques
- Effective conflict resolution skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Ability to address performance gaps constructively
- Comfort with providing and receiving critical feedback
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in government or contact center environment
- Graduation from an accredited college or university
- SHRM-SCP or similar certification

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis role is predominantly sedentary, involving sitting/standing for long periods, using computers and office equipment, with occasional movement around the office and lifting objects up to 40 pounds.
