Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for a warm and welcoming Spa Host with a passion for providing exceptional service to join our Spa team in creating a personalized and relaxing experience for guests at our spa facility,
Saltgrass
. In this role, you will be tasked with being the welcoming face of our spa and fostering positive client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing friendly, personalized service to our clients and guests.
- Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, addressing questions and creating a tranquil spa atmosphere.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with therapists and the operations team.
- Guide guests in selecting spa services and products, offering personalized recommendations aligned with current promotions.
- Handle check-in, check-out, and payments efficiently while maintaining accurate client records.
- Support daily spa operations by maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and preparing treatment areas.
- Uphold the Bardo and Saltgrass brand standards through strong product knowledge, exceptional service, and collaborative teamwork.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking and managing appointments efficiently
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling and administrative tasks
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- A passion for wellness and a genuine interest in helping guests achieve relaxation and rejuvenation
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a composed demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Be a team player, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Weekend and holiday availability
