the role

Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for a dynamic and attentive Banquet Server with an exceptional attention to detail and passion for delivering unparalleled service. As a vital contributor to our Banquets team, this role will play an integral role in creating exceptional experiences for the resort’s private events, celebrations, corporate groups and weddings.

What you'll do
  • Be an essential part of event setup, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed according to brand standards.
  • Serve guests in a warm and professional manner, paying meticulous attention to presentation and timing, creating connected and meaningful dining experiences.
  • Anticipate the needs of guests and respond promptly to requests.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the events team.
  • Oversee and maintain the banquet area, adhering to all sanitation and safety standards with expert precision, ensuring a refined and pristine workspace.
Qualifications
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Previous experience in a banquet or fine dining setting is preferred.
  • Effective, confident communication.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards.
