The Barback maintains cleanliness and stock behind the bar and supports bar staff to ensure smooth service and a best‑in‑class guest experience.

• Request, pick, verify, and store all requisitions for liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, and food items used in the bar areas.
• Stock bar areas with liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, glassware, and condiments.
• Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar.
• Ensure all opening and closing duties are completed.
• Adopt a positive approach in dealing with guests’ problems and issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Attend to customer needs with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Operate and maintain bar equipment and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

• One year of previous experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Evening shift availability.
• Adequate communication skills: must be able to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Patient in dealing with guests.
