What You’ll Be Doing:- Teach life skills: potty training, self‑help, play, social skills, and communication.
- Encourage confidence and independence in children.
- Support families with positivity and guidance.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress.
- Implement ABA therapy under supervision.
- Psychology students, recent graduates, or those interested in the psychology field.
- High school diploma or GED (college experience a plus).
- A heart for kids and a passion for helping others.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Competitive pay starting at $18/hour
, with raises every 6 months for the first 2.5 years. - $250 sign‑on bonus for certified RBTs.
- $50 monthly attendance bonus + $50 monthly documentation accuracy bonus.
