Job Summary:

Intellistars ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Savannah, GA. As an RBT with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans in the client's home, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and record behavioral data, including observations and assessments

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment outcomes

• Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain certification and stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements:

• Certificate in Behavior Analysis or related field

• Obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 2 weeks of hire date

• Ability to work with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
