Your Role as a Personal Care Aide Are you a compassionate and driven caregiver looking to make a real impact? Join our team and help transform the lives of our clients by providing essential support with daily activities. Every day, you'll contribute to improving someone’s quality of life.
What You'll Do:
Assist clients with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility
Support physical therapy exercises and ensure client comfort
Monitor food intake and track vital signs
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care
Act as a trusted advocate for the well-being of our clients
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma/GED and passing the PCA test
First aid and CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and adhere to health and safety guidelines
Physically capable of lifting heavy objects
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Most importantly: a heart full of compassion, respect, and integrity
