Introduction
Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) is looking for motivated, compassionate candidates eager to learn. We are opening our very first clinic in Savannah, GA and are seeking individuals to join our team. Our two-tiered model allows highly trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide direct services while BCBAs oversee and manage the clinical program.
Job SummaryOur team of Behavior Technicians works one on one with children diagnosed with Autism to implement goals written and overseen by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs help a child acquire new skills using evidence-based teaching procedures, creating learning environments that are exciting, fun, and motivating. They also provide feedback and collect data related to each client’s program.

- Work with clients on the autism spectrum to acquire new skills, improve communication and socialization, and reduce challenging behaviors as directed by individualized treatment plans.
- Interact with the child and family, record behavior data from your client interaction, and collaborate with your BCBA.
- Full-time position with two shift options: 8 am–4 pm or 11 am–7 pm. Availability Monday–Friday is required.
- Therapy delivered in the client’s natural environment—home, clinic, or community—and in the presence of a parent or guardian.
- Active RBT certification through the BACB preferred; paid training provided to earn credential.
- Previous experience working with children; experience with autism or intellectual disabilities strongly preferred.
- High school diploma (college degree preferred).
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client homes or clinics within 30 minutes.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Willingness to assist clients with toileting needs, lift 50 pounds, and walk/stand 75% of the workday.
- Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to respond quickly to client movements.
