• Appropriate certifications (MA, CMT, CNA) or two years of clinical experience in a medical office setting

• Schedule diagnostics, procedures, and follow-ups
• Assist with medical procedures and documentation
• Provide administrative support, including correspondence and document management
• Manage provider authorizations and maintain electronic documentation
• Register patients in various systems and provide backup front desk coverage
