Overview

Job Title: Certified Medication Aide - Experience Coordinator.
Schedule: 11pm to 7am.
Location: Thrive Senior Living.
Reports To: Health & Wellness Director.

Job Summary

Thrive Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and skilled Experience Coordinator to join our team. This dynamic role combines medication aide responsibilities with caregiving duties, ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and support. The ideal candidate is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our residents while fostering a positive and engaging environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following all state regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and report any concerns to the Wellness Director or appropriate medical personnel.
  • Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering meaningful connections.
  • Document and maintain accurate medical records and care logs.
  • Assist with resident engagement activities, ensuring a fulfilling and active lifestyle.
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies with professionalism and care.
  • Support a team-oriented environment, collaborating with caregivers, nurses, and other staff members.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Certified Medication Aide (CMA)
  • Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or caregiving preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of medication administration and safety protocols.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
