Registered Nurse – RN Traveler LTAC Days Savannah GA at Vibra Healthcare.

Develop, implement, evaluate and revise a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. Provide direct care and delegate and supervise nursing care per the Nurse Practice Act, demonstrating clinical competence; manage patient care; improve quality of care; establish professional relationships; and develop clinical expertise per specialty.

Supervise Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides and Techs.

• Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor
• Current, valid, active driver’s license
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation

• 1 year acute care experience preferred
• Professional image and strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Independent decision‑making when circumstances warrant
• Computer and software application proficiency for job functions
• Freedom from illegal use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace

• Current, valid, active RN license in the state of employment
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor
• Current, valid, active driver’s license
• Additional certifications may be required (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP)
