• Oversee clinic operations and daily workflow to ensure exceptional patient care
• Maintain a full outpatient caseload
• Lead, mentor, and develop physical therapists and PTAs
• Ensure clinical excellence across orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance programs
• Drive clinic growth through strategic planning and performance optimization
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Track and report key performance metrics
• Partner with ownership to foster a positive, high‑performing clinic culture

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia (or license‑eligible)
• Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred
• Strong interest in orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance rehabilitation
• Self‑motivated, organized, and collaborative leadership style
• Ability to mentor and develop a high‑performing clinical team
