This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) announcement for multiple Contract Specialists, GS-1102-12, in the South Atlantic Division, Savannah District, Contracting Division.

Contract Specialist (four (4) vacancies)

Serves as Contract Specialist responsible for complex pre-award and post-award functions, including acquisition planning, price analysis, negotiation, administration, coordinating and controlling the full range of contracting functions from receipt of the requirement through contract close out.

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD, Section 9905 to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
