About the RoleAt PDS Tech Commercial
, we partner with some of the most respected names in aerospace to support the work that keeps aircraft flying and innovation moving forward. We’re looking for an Accounting Finance Administrator who thrives on organization, accuracy, and collaboration.
In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to the Accounting and Finance teams—supporting critical financial operations, improving processes, and ensuring the smooth flow of information that drives smart business decisions.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)- Perform a variety of clerical, administrative, and transactional tasks supporting Accounting and Finance
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve issues and complete assigned tasks
- Validate financial documents and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Serve as the initial point of contact for specific accounting and finance-related inquiries
- Assist with month-end close activities
, audits, and special financial requests - Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Offer input on process improvements —manual or automated—to enhance quality, accuracy, and cost efficiency
- Manage schedules in a fast-paced environment with firm deadlines while maintaining a professional work ethic
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 years of accounting or related financial experience
- Proficiency with personal computers and software including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing tools
- Ability to pass a credit history check conducted through a national credit bureau
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Finance may substitute for 1 year of related work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance may substitute for 2 years of related work experience
- Experience supporting accounting or finance teams in a structured or regulated environment
- Strong attention to detail and comfort handling confidential information
- A proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes

Pay Details: $24.44 per hour
