Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities for the division.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, including long‑range planning and variance analysis.
• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting functions: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and internal controls.
• Ensure full compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and internal audit requirements.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights that support pricing decisions, capital investments, and operational strategy.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics to evaluate financial and operational health.
• Direct manufacturing cost accounting, product cost analysis, and profitability modeling for the production facility.
• Serve as the primary contact for external auditors and tax partners.
• Hire, coach, and develop accounting team members, promoting long‑term career growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with a strong emphasis on financial reporting and general ledger oversight.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Ability to meet all pre‑employment screening requirements.

• CPA certification.
• Manufacturing or industrial sector experience (3–5 years ideal).
• Prior experience with a public accounting firm.
• Proficiency in SAP and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and U.S./international tax concepts.
• Strong communication, organization, and team‑development abilities.
