• Bachelor’s Degree required;
  Advanced degree desirable.
• 5–8 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience; or a PhD without experience.
• Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and email applications.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Working knowledge of the healthcare industry.
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships through diplomacy and tact.
