The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, requiring you to be on your feet, coordinating multiple team members, and problem‑solving in real time.

Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center and its management. In the General Manager’s absence, they hold down the fort, assuming responsibility for all center and floor management—from entertainment to Food & Beverage to the property and its equipment as a whole. Amid all day‑to‑day tasks, they maintain an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction and dedicate themselves to developing the team’s hourly staff.

• Champion guests by consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints.

• Continuously hone operational execution; schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize the guest experience.

• Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).

• Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business, adhere to league formats, distribute announcements, and perform associated administrative duties.

• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff.

• Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation; leverage individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity; delegate, delegate, delegate.

• Oversee the management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in dining offerings. Provide ongoing training and supervision to maintain consistency with corporate initiatives and standards, fostering a thriving sales culture.

• Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed by the center.

As a committed member of our team, you’re ready to fill in for your center’s General Manager as needed. You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and a strong guest-service sensibility. You are flexible enough to support the center through extended workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. You are a dedicated team player who develops your team’s talents and ultimately aims to become a General Manager.

• 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to supervise center operations staff.
• Strong team player.
• Exceptional “People Developer.”
• Customer service professional.
• Knowledge of POS register systems.

• Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods and may lift objects with assistance.
