Industrial Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to bridge the gap between structural engineering and advanced manufacturing. This role is critical in transforming residential construction designs into high-precision, fabricated steel components. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of project conversion, from initial 2D structural plans to 3D modeling and final machine execution on the factory floor.

• Design Conversion: Execute seamless 2D to 3D software conversion , transforming architectural and structural blueprints into detailed, fabrication-ready 3D models.
• LGS/CFS Engineering: Apply deep knowledge of Light Gauge Steel (LGS) and Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) to ensure all designs meet structural integrity and building code requirements.
• Manufacturing Integration: Program and oversee roll former and CNC machining outputs, ensuring high-accuracy fabrication of structural members.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize production by managing takt time and machine flow, identifying bottlenecks to improve overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Project Oversight: Provide technical support for residential construction projects, coordinating with site teams to resolve constructability issues and ensure seamless assembly.

• Background: Proven experience in residential construction and structural engineering principles.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in LGS/CFS design software (e.g., Revit, MWF, Frame
