Thomas & Hutton has an opening for a Senior Project Manager – Water Wastewater Engineer in Savannah, Georgia
. The role requires a deep understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure and process design, preferably with municipal systems experience. Candidates must manage both public and private projects, focusing on local municipal and quasi‑governmental clients. Proficiency in Civil 3D, Water

CAD, Sewer

CAD, and Microsoft Office is required. Experience with Info Works WS and/or Info Water modeling software by Innovyze is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and a registered Professional Engineer license are mandatory.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a Master’s in either field. Registered Professional Engineer required.

Experience: 10+ years working on the design of municipal water and wastewater projects.

• Ability to analyze, coordinate, and manage several large or complex projects simultaneously.
• Capability to manage and develop project staff, supporting and evaluating each individual toward maximum potential.
• Ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, on budget under broad supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of project tracking software (Vision/Microsoft Project).
• Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Project experience in the southeastern United States, preferably Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
