Job DescriptionWe’re seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead the design of power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems while mentoring junior engineers and managing projects from concept through construction. Responsibilities- Produce and oversee design and construction documents for electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
- Manage technical production and project assignments independently with oversight
- Review contractor equipment submittals and inspect installations during construction administration
- Work closely with junior engineers to guide and develop their skills
- Foster strong relationships within the firm and with clients
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Georgia or ability to obtain reciprocity
- 10–15 years of electrical engineering experience
- Ability to work in-person Monday–Thursday (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and remote Fridays
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- 8+ years of design experience
- Proficiency in Revit
- Ability to direct and motivate work efforts of others
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards
- Base salary: $120,000–$140,000 (DOE; higher for top candidates)
