The successful candidate will work with a team to ensure projects are designed in accordance with current manuals and specifications, as well as following accepted industry practices and procedures. We need our team members to be versatile, enthusiastic, and have a highly team-oriented mindset.

You will be managing projects with a team, from start to finish, and delegating tasks to team members. You will attend client meetings as a client point of contact, provide feedback to help others grow, and oversee the work of less experienced team members. Experience with generating proposals is a plus. You will be responsible for plan sheet production and technical writing.

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
• Experience with CAD, Revit, and BIM 360
• Proficiency in engineering calculations, drainage exhibits, and building design principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong planning and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure on multiple deadlines
• 4 to 6 years of experience (open to candidates in the Indianapolis or Louisville area)
