Our facility, located at 115 Eli Whitney Blvd, serves as a pivotal hub for developing advanced fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) additives. **** As a Maintenance Manager, you will help drive our goals by:
*** Lead and manage a maintenance team of 6 direct reports with the entire department of 22, fostering a proactive culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, including preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
* Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture within the maintenance department.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors to optimize equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and improve overall operational performance.
* Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource management to ensure efficient execution of work orders and cost control.
* Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to address equipment failures and support long-term site transformation and performance improvement.
** Key skills that will help you succeed in this role****:
*** Proven experience leading and managing maintenance teams in a complex, multi-shift industrial environment, ideally within chemical, oil & gas, or pharmaceutical industries.
* Strong technical background with a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and CMRP certification preferred.
* Knowledge in repair and troubleshooting of industrial assets (pumps, compressors, instrumentation, piping systems) and equipmentpackages (Calciners, Spray-Dryers, Filter Systems, Boilers, Solid Handling Package Units, etc.)
