About the Position
This role requires a detail‑oriented self‑starter with a strong customer service mindset, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to an elite clientele.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects
- Assist in completion package reviews to ensure the aircraft is built to specification and completed to Gulfstream quality standards
- Assist in monitoring progress of aircraft build and completion process
- Assist through aircraft inspection and cold soak flights
- Assist with documentation prior to delivery such as Passenger Briefing Cards, aircraft models, applications and subscriptions
- Collaborate with various departments to research customer requests
- Assist with preparation of the Completion Package to be used as the basis for engineering, constructing and delivering the completed aircraft
- Develop knowledge of company product line and aircraft systems
- Computer skills in Excel, Word and presentation applications preferred
- Assist with development of Customer Delivery Executive and Customer Delivery Associate tools
- Special projects as needed
