Job SummaryThe College of Science and Humanities at Savannah State University is seeking part‑time faculty applications for 2025‑2026 academic to teach day, evening or weekend classes.

NOTE:

- Plan, organize and communicate instruction in ways that encourage and stimulate student learning
- Employ appropriate teaching and learning strategies that facilitate and promote student success
- Prepare, distribute and submit syllabi for all assigned sections in accordance with college and university policies
- Evaluate and return student work in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
- Submit immediate alerts in EAB when students are at risk
- Submit mid‑term and final grade reports by the set University deadlines as well as completed course assessment forms at the end of each semester
- Maintain professional ism and confidentiality in regards to student interaction and information
- Comply with all university academic policies
Master's degree with 18 credit hours in one of the aforementioned subject areas.
