Guidance Counselor: Social/Educational, Youth Development, School Counselor
A prestigious all-girls Catholic high school is seeking a dedicated College and Career Readiness Counselor to guide and support students in their academic and professional pursuits. In this role, you will work closely with high school students to help them explore their college options, navigate the application process, and plan for their future careers. You will provide personalized counseling and grade level training to students, assisting them in identifying their strengths, interests, and goals.
Additionally, you will organize workshops, college fairs, and career exploration events to expose students to various opportunities. It is imperative to have strong communication skills and a desire to collaborate with parents. The applicant will direct and organize the Dual Enrollment program and will need to be motivated and willing to become familiar with college and university requirements across the nation- with special focus on the southeast.
