Our Mission
Calvary provides a Christ-centered education from Infant–12th grade, focusing on the whole child—spiritually, academically, socially, and physically. Inspired by Luke 2:52, we aim to help children grow in wisdom, stature, and favor with God and others.
The Calvary Early Learning Center partners with Calvary Day School to prepare children for success through learning and play. We are seeking caring teachers for our 2- and 3-year-old classes who are passionate about teaching in a Christian environment.
Primary Responsibilities- Supervise and engage 2- and 3-year-olds in daily learning and play.
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and inviting classroom environment, common-use areas, and playgrounds.
- Encourage positive behavior with clear, consistent guidance.
- Follow all school and state health and safety regulations.
- Implement daily schedules and curriculum.
- Attend meetings, trainings, and school functions.
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct.

- High school diploma, CDA, TCC, or degree in Early Childhood Education
- Meet Georgia state background check requirements
- Knowledge of young children’s social, emotional, and creative development
- Strong communication skills with active listening and follow-through
- Ability to remain calm, multitask, and manage stressful situations professionally
- Receptive to giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Current Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Sit on the floor and engage with children
- Change positions and move frequently throughout the day
- Comply with Bright from the Start childcare and early education standards
