Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assisting clients with their real estate needs, including scheduling property showings and providing information on available properties
  • Responding to customer emails and online inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and information
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues in a calm and professional manner
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide accurate and helpful information to clients
  • Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing client information
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
