Job SummaryAs a Front Desk Concierge at Thrive Senior Living Community, you are the welcoming face and first point of contact for residents, visitors, and team members. You will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a positive and inviting atmosphere.
Responsibilities- Greet residents, visitors, and team members with warmth, professionalism, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate departments, and take messages as needed.
- Provide information and assistance to residents and visitors regarding community amenities, events, and services.
- Manage resident inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, escalating issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Monitor the front entrance and maintain security by verifying visitors' identities, issuing visitor badges, and enforcing community access policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, managing packages, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for residents, including scheduling transportation services and communicating with drivers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby space.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Adhere to confidentiality protocols and protect residents' privacy at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and ages.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and email.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards older adults.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required by state regulations.
