Eastern Excavating Co. is seeking a full time Project Superintendent. The company offers a family atmosphere and is established in the Savannah, GA area for 35+ years. Our self‑performed services include clearing, demo, grading, asphalt, concrete, underground utilities, and hardscapes for commercial and industrial projects. All work is local to Savannah, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications- At least 3 years of civil construction management or related experience
- Ability to read & interpret civil plans and specs
- Equipment operator experience is a plus
- Construction layout and GPS machine control experience is a plus
- Hands on experience with concrete and asphalt construction is a plus
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and certifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment
- Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is a plus
- Must currently live within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the Savannah, GA area
