Colonial Terminals, Inc. (CTI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Colonial Group, Inc., is offering a full‑time Quality Management/Continuous Improvement internship opportunity at our Savannah, Georgia terminals during the summer months.

The student intern will collaborate with industry professionals to complete onboarding training, learning our business model and key tasks. They will also assist in integrating systems and forms into Colonial’s quality program, and conduct assessments of current quality practices to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and data‑driven solutions for enhancing overall quality.

This role requires strong administrative skills, the ability to lead initiatives and collaborate across departments, and a willingness to travel between terminals. The internship experience will conclude with a Leadership Luncheon, where all interns present what they’ve learned over the summer to the Senior Leadership Team of Colonial Group, Inc.

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or associate’s degree program at an accredited college or trade school OR recent graduate (within 6 months).
• The ability to commute daily to our Savannah, Georgia terminals.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
