CS Business Transformation Manager in GAC Savannah

- Sets deliverable standards for change initiatives, reports, and dashboards; holds the team accountable to quality and deadlines

- Balances capacity and demand-assigns work, sequences projects, and removes roadblocks quickly
- Coaches both profiles effectively (change leadership and BI/reporting craftsmanship) with tailored feedback
- Elevates team capability through upskilling plans, playbooks, and reusable templates/components
- Drives stakeholder alignment-clarifies scope, success metrics, and definitions of done
- Translates business goals into data requirements, solution roadmaps, and change adoption plans
- Ensures data and process governance (source of truth, definitions, version control, access, and documentation)
- Enables adoption and outcomes-pairs process change with communications, training, and measurement
- Communicates crisply at multiple levels (executive summaries, project updates, risk/issue mitigation)
- Monitors KPIs for both teams (adoption, cycle time, quality, uptime, usage, ROI) and acts on insights
- Champions continuous improvement-standardizes what works and iterates based on feedback
- Influences without authority to align cross functional leaders and secure decisions/escalations
- Maintains technical fluency (enough to review BI designs, data models, and change plans) while staying business‑outcome focused
- Protects the team's focus by managing intake, clarifying priorities, and pushing back on unvetted requests
- Models integrity and transparency-surfaces risk early, sets realistic commitments, and follows through
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 8 years of related progressive experience. Master's Degree in a related field may offset 1 year of experience requirement.
Position PurposeThe Product Support Business Transformation Manager will work with Product Support business unit leaders and functional leaders as well as the Business Technology team to support a wide variety of strategic and transformative projects aimed at achieving the strategic and financial objectives of the business and preparing the business for future. Lead business transformation efforts across one or more Product Support teams.
Assist in the framing of initiative scope and strategy and support the execution of the recommendations. In this process, the PSBTM will support the execution teams drawn from the Business Technology, the Product Support business and strategic partners.
