We are currently in our next generation of operations and looking to innovate and streamline in areas to improve our supply chain. Strong communication skills are required for this position as liaison with our business technology and the business they are supporting. SAP experience is a plus. Successful candidates have come from IT Project Management, Business Analysts, Operations Management, for example.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 8 years experience supporting or acting as a SME for BT applications, including in‑depth transactional and cross‑functional process knowledge preferred.
Position PurposeResponsible for supporting Customer Support software solutions enhancements and sustaining activities. A large focus will be supporting new software initiatives while ensuring the integrity of the global template, as well as identifying, scoping and delivering on continuous improvement opportunities. Requires extensive knowledge of lean and project management techniques. Identifies where process improvements can be made, identifies software applicable solutions, creates the business case and works with the business and development team to develop the functional specification.
