Creating compelling visual boards or diagrams for stakeholders and vendors.

- Data-informed planning:
Using attendee feedback, past event analytics, or ROI metrics to refine future events. - Budget micro-management:
Tracking expenses that can balloon if left unchecked. - Timeline discipline:
Anticipating dependencies so deadlines are met without last-minute scrambles.

- Polished communication:
Professional written and verbal tone that builds confidence with executives and clients. - Cross-team diplomacy:
Navigating between sales, marketing, operations, and vendors to align priorities. - Anticipatory mindset:

Bachelor's Degree related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 2 years experience in aviation, marketing, public relations, customer service.
