Automotive Dealership Tag and Title Clerk

We are looking to add an experienced Tag and Title Clerk to our growing business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify financial and legal documents of vehicles to process tag and title
• Process all tag and title documents through electronic vehicle registration programs and/or DMV offices
• Maintaining tags and titles for loaner fleets
• Posting all tag and title transactions and monitoring corresponding schedules
• Process and verify incoming titles accurately
• Process any needed title corrections
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, or local laws in processing titles

Requirements:

• Automotive Tag and Title Dealership experience required
• CDK DMS experience is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of meeting time deadlines
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, high-volume dealership
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation

$20 - $22+ hourly
