Relationship Executive - Emerging Middle Market Commercial Banking - Executive Director
Join JPMorgan Chase as a Relationship Executive – a key role focused on acquiring and nurturing profitable relationships with businesses weighing between $20 million and $100 million in annual revenue.
As the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships, you will work both independently and collaboratively to introduce comprehensive banking solutions to clients. Your responsibilities include growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Emerging Middle Market target space, staying current with industry trends, and driving innovative and customer‑centric initiatives.
- Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships.
- Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation, while embracing new technologies.
- Develop a weekly sales plan prioritizing revenue‑generating opportunities, cultivating referral sources, and institutionalizing relationships and calling.
- Seven plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships.
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
- Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting, proven client relationship skills, and ability to engage with CEOs and CFOs.
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners.
- Deep local connections and market knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred.
- Sales management, business development skills, proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Strong creative solution, problem solving abilities, flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask.
- Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, self‑directed, proactive and creative.
