- Balance sheet reconciliations are completed timely. Reconciling amounts are adequately identified. Takes action to facilitate the resolution of reconciling amounts.
- Works with co-workers to promote excellence and focus on continuous quality improvement. Establishes performance measures and sustains improvements.
- Significant leadership is provided in area of expertise. Plans, coordinates and executes appropriate processes meeting expectations for quality and timeliness.
