• Valid driver’s license

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform required repair when authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi‑point inspections and make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Maintain an inventory of “special tools” not normally inventoried by the Service department.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‑sponsored training classes.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

• Performance measured by achieving targeted production, sales, and Customer Satisfaction Index.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience as an automotive technician
• Automotive technical training (varies based on store needs)
• Attention to detail, organization, and follow‑up skills
• Valid in‑state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record.
