• Perform mechanical inspections and basic to moderate repairs on auction vehicles.
• Diagnose drivability issues, safety concerns, and mechanical failures.
• Assist with preparing vehicles for sale—including quick fixes and test drives.
• Collaborate with the inspection and reconditioning teams to meet deadlines.
• Keep repair documentation clear and complete.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

• 2+ years of mechanical experience required (auction, dealership, or fleet a big plus!).
• Ability to work with a wide range of vehicle types, years, and conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• A strong work ethic, team mindset, and pride in your craft.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Work may involve temperature changes, all types of weather conditions, fast‑paced environment, elevated noise levels and fumes/odors associated with vehicle exhaust.
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
