- Assist in managing the daily activities associated with supporting the administrative members and Patient Care Services. Will insure that all data is collected and placed in a reasonable format, as established by the Director. Will assist in managing appointments for the Director and assists in collecting confidential data for the administrative members. Will maintain an efficient filing system to include all files, financial data, minutes, and coordinate day to day operations of the office.
Will transcribe correspondence and minutes accurately and within 48 hours per the discretion of the Director. Maintains open communications. - Facilitates payment of bills, invoices timely and accurately. Weekly, Quarterly, and monthly reports are compiled by obtaining information from all departments and submitted prior to deadline. Analyze, trend and utilize advanced skills of graphing, using LEAN principles in data presentation.
- Maintains Director's monthly calendar and schedules meetings appropriately, assists in maintaining the financial spreadsheet for the yearly budget and assists with coordinating health fairs, special events, conferences, and tours for schools and community organizations. Prepares and processes memos, reports, correspondence, mailings, etc. as directed.
- Associates of Business - Preferred
- 3-5 Years Computer, business, clerical - Preferred
