What you get

Responsibilities
  • Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory
  • Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
  • Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
  • Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
Qualifications
  • Applicants applying for the field sales manager role must have experience in the industry and experience building and leading a sales team.
  • Experience in leading and managing a sales team, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy tailored to the Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington area.
  • Proven track record of success in the home services industry, particularly in roofing, siding, windows, and gutters.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present products and services to potential clients and maintain ongoing relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on market conditions.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Outgoing personality with natural charisma to engage with potential customers and build rapport quickly.
  • To be successful in this role, you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • You must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Compensation

$90,000 - $200,000+ per year
