Snow Shoveling Crew Member- Non Driver

Position Summary

This position serves as a key team member to ensure our customer properties are beautiful, safe, and well maintained. Our Snow Shoveler Crew Members work in crews to complete snow removal and de-icing. They ensure all jobs are completed in a manner that exceeds the customer expectation.

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour DOE

• Responsible for removing snow and ice from walking surface areas including sidewalks, door entries, walkways.
• Ability to use snow removal equipment such as shovels
• Ability to perform tasks related to snow removal and de-icing
• Ensures safe and clean work environment is maintained

• Continuous walking or riding in a motor vehicle
• Frequent standing, bending, stooping, turning/twisting at the waist, and sitting.

• Duties are performed indoors and outdoors under all types of weather conditions.

• Work is performed both inside and outside. Environment includes dust from machinery as well as noise from machines.
