Construction - Project Manager - Commercial Drywall

Comp Range: $80k-$120k

Drywall Project Manager:
Are you an experienced, hardworking Commercial Drywall Project Manager who strives for top-quality results? We are partnered with a well-established Commercial Drywall Contractor with a reputation for excellence in delivering high-quality, large-scale commercial drywall projects. They are currently seeking a skilled Drywall Project Manager with extensive experience in large commercial projects to join their team. Job Description We are looking for an experienced Commercial Drywall Project Manager with 3+ years of experience in managing large commercial drywall projects. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in managing project schedules, budgets, and team coordination to ensure the successful delivery of drywall components on large-scale commercial construction projects.

Drywall Project Manager:

• Plan and oversee drywall projects from award to closeout
• Coordinate material procurement, subcontractors, and field crews
• Monitor project schedule, budget, and job costs
• Conduct site visits and meetings to ensure work is progressing safely and on schedule
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams

Drywall Project Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial drywall estimating and project management
• Strong knowledge of drywall construction techniques, materials, and codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, or similar)
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

* Proficiency in Estimating/Project Management software such as Quick Bid, Pro Core, The Edge, Plan Swift, On
- Screen Takeoff (OST), or similar is preferred for this position.

*Related Project Management experience is a plus
