SAP Data & Analytics Principal Consultant

Job Description

Infosys is seeking a SAP Data & Analytics Principal Consultant. As a Principal Consultant, you will lead data & analytics programs with a primary focus on SAP Business Data Cloud including SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, BW, and HANA. Define architecture, modernize enterprise landscapes, govern data products, and enable AI and advanced analytics. Drive client engagement, program delivery, and innovation in hybrid cloud environments.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario, or Calgary, Alberta, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.

• Architect and deliver solutions on SAP Business Data Cloud including SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud integrating with BW, S/4
  
  HANA, Azure, AWS, other SAP Products and hyperscalers.
• Design semantic models, data governance frameworks, and performance optimization strategies.
• Lead modernization from Analytics platforms to SAP BDC, manage hybrid integrations.
• Enable AI driven insights leveraging SAP BDC including Databricks and external platforms.
• Engage with business stakeholders to translate processes into KPIs and analytics.
• Govern Implementation & AMS programs, ensuring SLA adherence and continuous improvement.
• Explore emerging technologies (GenAI, data fabric, etc.) for innovation.
• Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and growth opportunities.
• Enterprise architecture, functional domain understanding, business engagement, and growth leadership.

• Ability to create project plans, track schedules, and manage team priorities in large-scale implementation projects.

• Strong leadership skills to mentor and develop team members, manage offshore teams, and guide the analytics strategy for client.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to report to stakeholders and build client relationships.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify vulnerabilities, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:

Ontario: $101,500 to $134,404
