Store Counter Sales; Part Time

Sault Sainte Marie, MI, USA. Part time.

We are looking for great talent to join our NAPA family as a Counter Sales associate. You will be the go-to person for our customers' automotive needs. A background and knowledge of automotive parts are required, but you don't need to be an expert mechanic.

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for our retail and wholesale customers.
• Assist other NAPA team members with parts questions.
• Provide outstanding customer care and interactions.
• Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced stores.
• Welcome retail customers and engage to provide a positive consumer experience.
• Use technology, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system.

• Genuinely enjoy helping customers with auto parts and service questions.
• Have gained parts experience through the automotive industry or by repairing cars and trucks.
• Be willing to learn about automotive parts if you don't have a background in the field.
• Want to join a team with opportunities for growth and development.

• Background and/or passion for the automotive industry.
• Experience in a parts store, auction, retail store, or auto body/collision.
• Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems.
• ASE Certifications.
