• Safely operate Class A truck to transport asphalt or aggregate to job site often driving on uneven or unfinished surface.
• Inspect trucks for defects before and after trips and submit report indicating truck. Maintains driver log according to ICC regulations as required.
• May operate loader to load aggregate into truck. Loader and MSHA Training/Facial Mask Fit Required.
• Daily maintenance of equipment such as cleaning truck inside and out, greasing, oiling, brakes, lights and any other maintenance instructed to perform.
• Recognize surroundings and practice traffic awareness to maintain a safe

• General education, grammar and arithmetic, GED or high school diploma or equivalent.
• A CDL Class A (tractor‑trailer). Preference given for experience driving a belly dump, flow boy, lowboy, tanker or straight truck.
