Work HoursHours include practices and evening and weekend games. Hours will vary pending level and events. Baseball season runs from March 9 through June 15, 2026.
Job DutiesHelp direct, teach and coach baseball athletes skills at Sauk Rapids-Rice High School.
Qualifications- Coaching and/or playing experience preferred
- Familiarity with MSHSL rules
- Organization skills
- Supervision experience, willingness to support Head Coach & Contribute to the team
- Passion for Baseball
- Ability to teach and coach Baseball skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must meet the MSHSL Coaching requirements (can be completed after hire)
- Desire a CPR/AED certification, not required.
Salary based on the Sauk Rapids-Rice Education Associations Master Agreement BA+10 lane at 8% starting at $4,121 up to $5,651. No additional benefits are associated with this position.
