Overview

Ichor Systems has an immediate opening for a Machinist, located in Sauk Rapids, MN.

• General labor duties including loading and unloading cleaning equipment, miscellaneous assembly, inspecting, wiping with alcohol, swabbing, carrying plates, nitrogen dry parts, leak, function and flow testing, bagging, packaging, and other duties related to all areas.
• Demonstrate ability to operate microscopes, profilometers, lapping machine, air and electric drivers, impulse wire bag sealers and leak, flow and function testing equipment.
• Operate ultra sonic wash, electro polish and insert installation stations.
• Monitor supplies and use material replenishment/reordering systems.
• Follow and perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks.
• Cross-train and assist other production areas as needed by the production schedule.
• Occasionally work in clean room, clean line or assembly areas as workflow dictates.
• Understand and follow all of Ichor’s Standard Operating Procedures as they pertain to manufacturing duties.
• Proper use of required PPE (coveralls, boots, hairnets/head covers/face shields, gloves, etc.).

• 1st Shift: 4:45 AM–2:45 PM, Mon–Thu
• 1st Shift: Alternating 12-hr: 5 AM–5 PM (Mon–Wed and Mon–Thu)
• 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM–1:15 AM, Mon–Thu
• 2nd Shift: Alternating 12-hr: 5 PM–5 AM (Mon–Wed and Mon–Thu)
• 4th Shift (Weekend Days): 7 AM–7 PM, Fri–Sun
• 4th Shift: Alternating 12-hr: 5 AM–5 PM (Fri–Sun and Thurs–Sun)
• 5th Shift (Weekend Nights):
  Alternating 12-hr: 5 PM–5 AM (Fri–Sun and Thurs–Sun)

The pay range for this position is $19.09 - $32.45 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and factors including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and education or training. The pay scale is subject to change; your recruiter can share the specific range during the hiring process.
