Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities

* Ensure that all HVAC systems are operating properly and efficiently

* Maintain boiler and conduct daily/weekly boiler checks

* Complete repairs promptly and efficiently

* Paint, patch and repair walls as needed

* Ensure that the exterior of the building and windows are properly maintained

* Perform lawn care and landscaping tasks

* Conduct snow removal for parking lots and walkways as required

* Ensure that facilities are in compliance with relevant regulatory and safety standards (OSHA, Life Safety Codes, etc.)
