Ensures all crew members are wow-ing the customer through personal contact with customers; trains crew on the BEST customer service experience;
Oversee the daily activities of store associates to ensure they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service;
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor;
Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and urgent issues;
Manage opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring smooth daily operation
