Position Overview

Seasonal Selling Associate at Victoria’s Secret & Co. (PINK). Drives sales, delivers customer service, and maintains visual standards in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Drive store sales by personally selling to customers, converting returns and promotions into larger sales.
• Engage customers with product knowledge, ask effective fit questions, and provide the perfect bra fit.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash wrap, reinforcing customer buying decisions.
• Process merchandise for floor readiness, maintain back‑room standards, and replenish to brand standards.
• Execute floorset activities, assist with housekeeping, and support loss‑prevention initiatives.
• Recover and replenish merchandise, adhere to visual merchandising standards, and build loyalty through the Rewards Program.

Minimum salary $16.00, maximum salary $19.75. Salary determined by skills, experience, and geography.
